The inquiry form collects a name, phone number, optional email address, selected AHU service, and project description.
Purpose
Warm November uses this information to review the request, contact the person who submitted it, and follow up about the requested service.
Storage and access
Submissions are stored in the website application database. Inquiry records are not available through a public read endpoint; access is limited to website administration and service follow-up.
